About World Workplace Europe

World Workplace is the original all-encompassing learning and networking event on facilities and how to manage them. There’s program value for FM professionals at every point of their careers and across all types of facilities. World Workplace Europe is the gold standard for discovering new ideas and technology from around the world impacting the European FM industry. Previous editions in Stockholm, Barcelona and Amsterdam we again welcome European and international participants to the Dutch capital. IFMA and FMN are collaborating for the second time to organize this must-attend conference.

World Workplace Europe is the largest and most well-respected conference for facility management and related stakeholders in the region. Held annually, World Workplace Europe facilitates idea-sharing and knowledge-exchange between professionals who support and sustain the built environment to ensure smarter, more efficient, healthier and safer facilities.

The Era of Hybrid FM

Current times require our industry to be flexible, creative and in control. No single approach offers a quick fix; no sole solution is the easy answer. We have to look at every option within the context of each scenario to identify what’s best for our organizations and the people we support. Welcome to the era of Hybrid FM! As more organizations convert to hybrid work environments, hybrid business and partnership models, facility professionals are undergoing an amalgamation of skills and specialties. With an even broader range of workplace and workforce knowledge, the highly adaptable Hybrid FM has the advantage.

World Workplace Europe will take place 17-18 March 2021.

Building on a successful two-year collaboration, IFMA (International Facility Management Association) and FMN (Facility Management Nederland) will again partner to bring World Workplace 2021 to the European market.

As a virtual event, World Workplace Europe 2021 will offer virtual learning and provide an opportunity for attendees to network with FMs from all over the globe.

  • All educational sessions will be presented online live and recorded so that delegates can view them at their convenience.
  • Participate in break-out sessions, join the virtual facility tours and virtual escape game.
  • On-demand content and access to partner rooms available through 19 April 2021.
